Using a drawcord will help to pull any cables through the pipes easily. The drawcord is connected by you on to the end of the cable ducting pipe or cable and then push them through the ducting. So the cable is run with no fuss, you then simply pull the cord back through the ducting. Most twinwall ducting coils that EasyMerchant stock comes with drawcords, but if this is not the case, or if you are installing 6m lengths you will have to buy a drawcord separately.

Tips and tricks?

When trying to feed the drawcord through the pipe, an efficient method of doing it is to attach a towel or cloth that fills the width of the pipe but is still easily pulled through. Attach a hoover on to the end of the pipe with some tape so there is an airtight seal. Run the vacuum for a while and then present the rag and the vacuum should then suck the towel and drawcord through.
