Buy a 112mm Half Round Gutter Running Outlet Online
Colour: Black / White / Grey / Anthracite Grey
Gutter running outlets are used to funnel rainwater from the gutter system into the down pipe which ultimately ends up in the stormwater drain.
Generally, the most complicated part of installing a guttering system is the measuring part that takes place before you’ve picked up any other tools. It’s vital that you make sure you have adequate fall across your guttering run so rainwater drains towards the running outlet.
Fortunately, the half round gutter running outlet is always going to be the lowest point, so it makes sense to start here. Ensuring you’ve got enough space to allow for fall across the runs either side of the outlet, you can mark up your fascia and mount this directly to them – with no need for additional brackets. Assuming you’ll be affixing a vertical 68mm downpipe that’ll run directly into your drain, you should also use a plumb bob to make sure you aligned the outlet squarely over the drain.
In effect, the gutter running outlet works as its own bracket – allowing you to use the appropriate fixings to attach it to the property – then allowing you to snap two runs of guttering quickly into place, as you would if you were using a plastic guttering fascia bracket.
When your guttering is replaced, the last thing you want to do is worry about whether or not it’s going to stand up to the weather that comes its way. Aquaflow guttering supplies are fully kitemarked and meet British standards.
