These Internal Couplings Come in Various Sizes:

IC100P – For connecting DN100 pipes internally. Used for plastic, cast iron and new clay pipes with internal bore between 99-103mm.
IC150P – For connecting DN100 pipes internally. Used for plastic, cast iron and new clay pipes with internal bore between 148-153mm.
IC95P – For connecting DN100 pipes internally. Used for old clay pipes with internal bore between 93-98mm.
IC95-100P – For connecting DN100 pipes internally. Used for adapting old clay pipes of 93-98mm to plastic, cast iron and new clay pipe of 99-103mm.
IC95-150P – For connecting DN150 pipes internally. Used for adapting old clay 93-98mm to plastic, cast iron and new clay pipe of 99-103mm internal bore,
IC100-150P – For connecting DN150 pipes internally. Used for adapting pipes of different materials such as clay, plastic and cast iron from 148-153mm to 93-98mm or 99-103mm

The Icon Pushfit range consists of six variants designed to provide direct connections to DN100 pipes and DN150 pipes, or even to provide adaptors when DN100 pipes are linking to DN150 pipe sizes.

Flexseal Icon connections can be made to almost any pipe material via their inner surfaces. They are ideal installations for aboveground uses. The incorporated materials conform to the latest standards making them just as suitable for quick and easy below ground applications with underground drainage fittings and pipe. When the Flexseal Icon is fitted the existing look of the pipework remains completely unchanged. In other words, it connects pipes almost invisibly.

For drainage applications, the coupling has specific design features that help to maintain the joint. It is resilient to the small increases in internal pressure within the width of the coupling as it connects pipes.

Note: The lip in the rubber is tapered to eliminate steps in the joint and help natural flow. This means they’re not reliably suited as a pipe service. The bored reduction has been kept to a minimum, which is deemed appropriate

Installation:

Step 1
Clean the internal surface of the pipe from slurry and debris.

Note: The lip in the rubber is tapered to eliminate steps in the joint and aid natural flow. Not suitable as a pipe support. Bored reduction has been kept to a minimum and is deemed suitable for drainage applications. Step 2
Push the Icon Pushfit into pipe 1 up to the product’s pipe stop.

Step 3
Push pipe 2 onto the opposite end of the Icon Pushfit
